As First Bank's Digital Channel Product Manager, I served led the implementation of the new digital bill pay platform for both retail and commercial customers.

 

• Led development and implementation of Bil Pay and Business Bill Pay products for both desktop and mobile devices

• Managed cross-departmental team that included Marketing, IT, Customer Service, and Commercial Banking.

• Developed product guides and training materials for both employees and customers

• Coordinated internal testing and product roll-out

• Leveraged historic bill pay data to set benchmarks for product marketing efforts aimed at adoption and usage

• Served as primary point of contact for vendors

• Managed product roadmap
