After earning my B.A. in Strategic Communications and M.A. in Interactive Media from Elon University, I spent time in the agency space where I managed web development projects, social media campaigns, and content marketing initiatives for a variety of clients including Dow Jones, Cree, American Petroleum Institute, The New England Patriots, Duke Realty, and Vermont Bicycle Tours.
In early 2013, I joined First Bank to help reinvent its marketing strategy and guide the bank in becoming a more digitally savvy and content-focused financial partner for a new generation of connected customers. I was soon promoted to Digital Channel Product Manager where I managed First Bank’s suite of digital solutions including online and mobile banking, bill pay, eStatement delivery, and onboarding for loan and deposit products.
In 2015, I joined the mobile product team at BB&T where I develop strategic and tactical plans for the U by BB&T mobile apps. I collaborate with UX, Design, Development, and Test teams to implement new features and enhancements for authentication, mobile check deposit, account details, and transactions.
